I had wondered quite a bit why nobody has contacted me regarding Taylor McLaren, since I have been quite loudly adovcating for her and her children for many, many months.  ESPECIALLY when everybody was "looking" for her.  Anybody could find her in a few tenths of a second in a Google Search.

 

As I understand it, the Astoria Police Department may have seized a good deal of Taylor's documents and evidence in the raid on her house (I believe it was 5-22-02).  I do not know for sure, but I think some of these documents were in regard to the Washington State Court changing her name and ordering her records sealed to protect her from the former husband, and other documents supporting her veracity on her history.

 

Which protection the state of Oregon has ignorantly blundered all over.  Never mind that was probably a Federal Crime.

 

I think Taylor would very much like to have her documents returned to her.

 

I believe you are probably as aware as I am that the "safety of the children" is a completely artificial concern.  If you know anything about this case, you know there is a completely different story seething under the surface, and this "safety of the children" was never anything but a smoke screen.  There is nobody in state government that gives a real hoot about the "safety of the children", and you know it.

 

I believe the only threat to the health and safety of the McLaren children originates with the state of Oregon.

 

CPS in their utter, blind stupidity destroys everything they touch.  I don't have "feelings" about it.  I have been there.

 

On a daily basis at AFRA News, I document FOSTER "parents" raping and killing children- and a land-slide of official malfeasance and corruption as well.  Of course, there couldn't possibly be any malfeasance and corruption in Oregon, could there?

 

Obviously, Taylor McLaren and her children have NOT "made the news": like all these FOSTER PARENTS have. 

 

If Taylor McLaren were the psychological basket case CPS fraudulently painted her to be, she could NOT have stayed out of trouble, no matter where she went.  Rather, over the past year, her hosts have commented what a wonderful, hard-working Christian MOTHER she is and how well-behaved, considerate, and INTELLIGENT her children are.

 

And that's whle living in the HELL of a life Oregon has thrust her into.

 

CPS is rapidly losing credibility across the nation and I hope we shortly begin seeing a large number of them dressed in Orange for their Federal Crimes against Americans and thousands of falsely accused and falsely prosecuted parents freed from prison. 

 

I haven't met an Oregon CPS worker since 1985 that shouldn't have been in prison for her activities.  I am NOT being facetious.

 

The children the states have kidnapped?  They are deeply damaged. By the STATE. And they are mad.

 

If you have visited AFRA lately, you will find my request for White Papers, one of which I want is on the Mammalian Mother Instinct. Biological mothers do tend to take very good care of their children and they were for thousands of years before CPS came to second-guess their every move.

 

You can be quite sure that Taylor is taking very good care of her children.  In fact, for a while, we had all the documentation of the Utah authorities online.  Taylor went straight to them to have them certify the children's health and safety.  Oregon responded by trying to seize them after they had lived openly and honorably in Utah.

 

Which is ridiculous because Taylor had full legal and physical custody of her children when she left the state of Oregon, never to return.  She did NOT go "on vacation" as a third-hand state actor claimed.  Never mind the perjury. 

 

Clackamas County Courts are missing a fantastic opportunity because there are literally millions of kids who are not residents of Clatsop County or Oregon who could be awarded custody to Oregon CPS.

 

Dana McLaren's behavior http://www.familyrightsassociation.com/specials/bin/teen_girls/ is what attracted the involvement of Oregon CPS

 

The fact Taylor filed Intent to file a tort against Oregon for LOSING DANA from "foster care", is when the state came after her like a hornet's nest.  The stories CPS told were complete fabrications, and Taylor has the documentation to prove it.

 

We did note with great interest that Dana McLaren's picture at no time appeared on any "missing and exploited children" posters.  In fact, I believe the State has a policy of NOT looking for runaway teens from custody. 

 

We did fight like cats and dogs with NCMEC about the McLaren family appearing there, since their appearance was created by FRAUD.  While at the same time we had a dickens of a time getting them to put Jennifer Cali of Missorui on.  (And then it turns out the DA in Missouri was LYING to all of us and he knew exactly where Jennifer was all along- living with her doper mother and THE RAPIST in Florida.  I will bet your counter-part in Greene County, Missouri will claim Missouri doesn't have a corruption problem either).

 

Last I heard, there is a very good possiblity you may see Taylor and perhaps all the children on a major television show soon.  Then will come the follow-up like they did on the Brian and Ruth Christine case where we get to watch the Oregon state actors squirm while being questioned about the evil part they played in it, on National TV.

 

By the way, Taylor's last papers filed in court in Novermber 2002 most certainly DID have the certificate of service attached.  Those papers were prepared by a lawyer in Utah, and he didn't "forget".

 

The CPS lawyer who claimed she was representing Michael McLaren most certainly did NOT represent Michael McLaren.  Michael McLaren has clearly stated she did not represent him or his interests in any way and her appearance was NOT authorized by him.  In fact, I believe it was this misrepresentative that CREATED the last court case and SWORE to it. What is there sacred for a Secular Humanist to swear on?

 

I believe that Michael has turned 18 or soon will.  He is a fine young man with a lot to say about the state of Oregon.  I hope he soon finds a nice FBI agent to tell the whole story to.

The state of Oregon has no case against Taylor McLaren, and never did.  Taylor McLaren has committed no crime, and moved out of this god-forsaken state while the "gittin' was good", based upon the advice of one of America's BEST KNOWN lawyers.

 

Taylor McLaren most certainly objects to Oregon's attempts to seize her children

 

ORS418.010 - Children not to be taken charge of when parents object. Nothing in ORS 418.005 shall be construed as authorizing any state official, agent or representative, in carrying out any of the provisions of that section, to take charge of any child over the objection of either of the parents of such child..." 

 

The best thing the state of Oregon could do to ensure the health and safety of the McLaren children is to close the case so Taylor could go get a GOOD job in the professional realm she is eminently qualified to do, instead of re-living "The Diary of Anne Frank".

 

Things are going downhill pretty fast for CPS impunity and stomping on little people's Constitutional Rights.  We are looking forward to the day CPS closes it's doors.  It has always been a crime to beat people and kill them.  CPS prosecutes people for imaginary infractions of "rules" and wraps them up in a cobweb of bogus psycho-babble.  We need CPS like we need an ingrown toenail.  They ARE the #1 Child Abusers-

Want to tell me any more about the state's "concern" for the "welfare of the children"?

 

Across the world in every westernized country, there's a CPS.  With thousands of these too-well paid, well greased monsters with NO ethics, who have had absolute immunity and impunity, even when caught lying on the stand, who are destroying 3000 AMERICAN families a day (a World Trade Center death toll a day), us advocates are a tad overwhelmed.  And every state in the Untied States is as far "out of compliance" as they can get for receiving the Federal Funds.  But the insane system plugs along, destroying everything it touches.

 

I don't hear much from Taylor lately.  She is now in deep cover, pending her possible appearance on television  I don't think Oregon is going to look really clean in the limelight. 

 

If you have pre-1973 ethics, there is a real limit to how far you will go under the label of "It's my job". 

 

Did you take an oath to "uphold, support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America"?  Or was it just something you had to say to get the job?  Do you know, or CARE what the Constitution says?

 

Don't lie to me, I have a son AND a daughter in the Navy.  And they were both over "there".  What for?  Defending THIS fascist mess?

 

Are you really a detective? Or are you more or less getting a salary to "find" what the state wants you to?

 

I believe a nice corruption probe into Oregon CPS would be a lot of fun. Do you know any good detectives who would like the challenge?  Our pal Lawrence W. Daly did a good job in Wenatchee. 

 

So let's do bring this case to a logical POSITIVE conclusion.  Taylor McLaren and the children are NOT Oregon citizens. They were NOT Oregon citizens when the courts kept lumbering on, piling more FRAUD into the record.  The state of Oregon has absolutely no real interest in their "safety", and in fact has egregiously ENDANGERED the McLaren children by blowing Taylor's "cover", which were SEALED RECORDS in the State of Washington.  Taylor McLaren has committed NO CRIME, and frankly, in a theoretically free country, it's none of a state's business where anybody is or how they are doing.

 

If Taylor makes it to TV, it will be well dated.

 

The state of Oregon has no reason to distrust Taylor McLaren's care of her children.  Conversely, Taylor McLaren has all the good reason in the world to distrust the state of Oregon, when the state has demonstrated boundless stupidity in endangering her family.

 

It would be really nice if Oregon quit hunting them like dogs.  If they weren't being HUNTED, she would really like to go get her stuff.  If they weren't being HUNTED, there would be no problem at all, would there?  You could even shake hands with ALL of them and apologize for all the UNGODLY grief Oregon caused them.  You could even help restore what Oregon has stolen from them.  Couldn't you?

My name is Eric Halverson.  I am a Detective with the Astoria Police Department.  The case involving Taylor and her children has been assigned to me, and since the Clatsop County Courts have granted legal custody of Nicholas, Rylie, and Michael to the Oregon Child Protective Agency, when I was contacted by the agency to report the children as missing I did have a legal obligation to enter the children into the LEDS (Law Enforcement Data Systems) and NCIC (National Crime Information Computer) as missing persons. 

 

Regardless of the court issues, jurisdictional issues, and any hidden agenda's you feel the State of Oregon has, my main concern is to check on the welfare of the children to be sure that they are safe and healthy.  I believe that was the original purpose when this case began.  I have seen on your web site assurances that the children are safe, healthy, happy and that Taylor does not want the family broken apart.  That however does not offer physical proof that the children are in fact safe and healthy.  I have thought a great deal about how to accomplish the State's goal of verifying the children are safe, alive and healthy.  Though our perspectives regarding this case may be somewhat different, I, like you would like to see this issue come to a positive conclusion.  Perhaps you could be of assistance to me in bringing this case to a positive conclusion. 

 

Would you at least consider asking someone who is in contact with Taylor to take a video of Michael, Nicholas and Rylie to show that they are alive and in good health.   You could then send the tape to me and I would show the tape to the local prosecutor and the Oregon child protective agency.  Please include in this tape some way of verifying a date, such as a dated newspaper shown in the video or something that would have a verifiable date.  I believe this is a small step, nonetheless a step in working to a resolution in this matter. 

 

Be advised that am not a lawyer and I do not have control over decisions made by the Clatsop County Court or the District Attorney's Office regarding what decisions are made in this matter.  Additionally I have no control in court matters. 

 

I believe the larger issue of importance in this case, to both you and I, is the current and continued welfare of the children.
