THINGS that (will, can, might) happen

  1. What happened to MY Civil Rights? This ain't like Court TV!The CPS WILL talk to the child(ren) ALONE and UNSUPERVISED, AT SCHOOL.
  2. They CAN take CUSTODY of your children at school, subject them to embarrasing physical examinations (by THEIR contract doctors, who ALWAYS find abuse), drug them, and hide them before you are even told.
  3. They WILL COERCE your child(ren) to make any statement that can be used or twisted against you. By the time the psychiatrists and "child therapy specialists" are done with them, they will know all about "penis" and "vagina".
  4. ANYTHING a kid says (even a teen with an established problem with honesty) outweighs REAMS of incontrovertible evidence to the contrary .
  5. They will try to get you to talk with them and WAIVE your Miranda Rights.
  6. They WILL talk with your neighbors, friends, relatives, employer, ex-spouse (how many ex's wouldn't LOVE another chance to do harm?).
  7. "Hear-say" evidence is perfectly acceptable.
  8. Everything is "Confidential", so you can't KNOW what the accusations are, let alone debunk untruths.
  9. They WILL visit your home "just to look around". DO NOT WAIVE your Fourth Amendment Rights! Make them get a search warrant.
  10. They WILL TRY to walk right into your house WITHOUT a search warrant, whether you are there or not, do a search, and "Sieze" ANYTHING that can be construed as evidence (like grandma's bread slicing board that LOOKS like a paddle or Great uncle Fred's antique shepherd's crop that LOOKS like a beating stick).
  11. They CAN show up with a Sheriff's deputy at 3 a.m. who points a gun at you while they bundle your kids off in a van.
  12. The CPS will ENABLE a rebellous and dangerous teen by putting HIM in charge of your family and their agency (What do YOU want us to do?)
  13. They will try to get a husband and wife to "Rat each other out" to "save the kids" from the Agency! See DIRTY TRICKS.
  14. They WILL tell a Judge insanely wild lies about you and get away with it. (Even if you PROVE they lied, they CAN'T BE held accountable).

    15. They CAN remove your children from your custody FOREVER, based on the most whimsical stories, while they make you "jump through hoops", deceitfully IMPLYING that you "might" get your kids back if you "comply".
