I am in TROUBLE and I need help NOW!

So you're in trouble with Children's Protective Services?  That's probably why you are reading this page, huh?

First things-

If you deliberately HURT a child because you were drunk, drugged, or having a temper tantrum, don't waste our time.  CPS is for YOU.  By the time they get done grinding you up and spitting you out, you won't have any more opportunity to hurt a kid, because YOU WON'T HAVE ANY TO HURT.   We don't have much sympathy for you- beyond believing that YOU TOO deserve access to your American Civil Rights.

If you molested or RAPED a child, thank your lucky stars that you are dealing with the Communist LIBERAL HUMANISTS in the CPS instead of US.  In fact, they will probably let you off SCOTT FREE, because doing THE OPPOSITE of "What's Right and Decent" seems to be exactly WHAT THEY DO.

But if you are in the system for a FALSE ALLEGATION of abuse, neglect or the obviously bogus "threat of harm", WE WANT TO HELP YOU!

We have found ourselves in the system, blinking our eyes, wondering- 

"What is going on?  This isn't the justice system I learned about in school!  This isn't the justice system we see on TV!" (actually it is the Cardassian System on TV!)

~AND~

"Why am I swept up in a whirlwind of bizarre accusations, MEAN people who APPEAR to have AUTHORITY making THREATS, hear-say evidence, INVENTED evidence, BALD FACED LIES, weird psychiatry, weird assessments, weird meetings, weird counseling, and weird classes?"

 By the time you figure out YOU ARE IN REAL TROUBLE and start trying to get HELP, you case has probably reached a rather "mature" stage.

So our FIRST questions are- 

• Have you kept all the letters they have sent you? 
• Have you kept a JOURNAL of who said what, when, where?
• Have you written any letters TO THEM?
• Do you have good, reliable WITNESSES?
• Have you tape recorded or video taped anything?
• Have you requested COPIES of your records yet?

~AND~

DO YOU HAVE ENOUGH GUTS TO STAND UP TO THEM?

~OR~ 

ARE GOING TO WASTE OUR TIME AND PLEA BARGAIN ANYWAY WHEN YOU ARE INNOCENT, just because THEY TOLD you it's the "only way"?

OK, so do you want to fight?

Fight is the key word.  There are no "Magic Cures" (well yes there is one Magic Cure- If you are a multi-millionaire, THEY WILL NOT MESS WITH YOU).

There is no lawyer on the face of the earth that can "get you off" like they did for O.J.  

He had access to his CIVIL RIGHTS and Due Process- YOU DON'T.

We have NO QUICK FIX.  But we can sure help you FIGHT.

If they already have custody of your kid(s), and they are YOUNG, CUTE, and ADOPTABLE, the chances are exceedingly poor that you are going to get them back, NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO.

The CPS will hold the kids as HOSTAGES to FORCE you to jump through all their hoops and take all the goofy counseling and useless classes for a couple years (making jobs for their COLLUDING "service contractors") before they ADOPT THE KIDS OUT ANYHOW.

If they have custody of a TEENAGER, he/she is only worth the Social Security Medicaid money they can pilfer (illegal, but WHO CARES?) until the kid turns 18.  So if the teenager got themselves involved in the system by THEIR BEHAVIOR, the CPS can only mess with you so far as YOU PLAY THE GAME.  If you have no YOUNGER children for the CPS to PUT AT RISK, you would do best to tell the CPS to STUFF IT up their Communist Butts.  You will get the teenager back when he/she turns 18, after they are done completely screwing him/her up.

YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORK!  We cannot do it for you.

YOU HAVE TO FILE the 

FOIA/ Privacy Act request for your records

YOU HAVE TO WRITE THE HISTORY OF YOUR CASE, preferably on a computer.  You have to assemble your evidence that you didn't do it.  You have to put it all together, so the TRUTH comes shining through.

We CAN CERTAINLY HELP you with proof reading and editorial suggestions.

Then, YOU FILE A GRIEVANCE

If your presentation of YOUR FACTS are properly assembled to DEVASTATE the CPS position, your case may be closed.  Right there.  Anti-Climax.

Most certainly, you have PUT YOUR VERSION of events into HISTORY.  The more of your version that ends up in the CPS files, the poorer their credibility of their ONE SIDED essays.

You also have access to the Governor's Advocacy Office to present your case to.

Once your case is settled (or becomes hopeless) and they are no longer in a position to HURT YOU, it is TIME TO BE MAD AS HELL and join us in the BIG FIGHT.

Child Abuse MUST BE RE-CRIMINALIZED so the accused have access to their CIVIL RIGHTS.  The UNCONSTITUTIONAL Family Courts of NO DUE PROCESS MUST BE ELIMINATED.  The CHILDREN must also have THEIR CIVIL RIGHTS against this MONSTER that Oregon Services to Children and Families is.
