I admit it- I, your humble webguy, am confused.  

On the very day it happened on August 1, 2002, it was all about KIDNAPPING. When the Christines were extradited back to Oregon from Montana, the charges were for KIDNAPPING THEIR OWN KIDS. From  August 1, 2002 until April 30, 2002, we thought is was about KIDNAPPING their own kids.

In a "surprise move" the persecutor (sic) DROPPED the charges of KIDNAPPING their own kids.  It is perfectly OBVIOUS that the State of Oregon, Inc is the party guilty of CUSTODIAL INTERFERENCE.

The persecutor (sic) decided to say the naughty Christine gang kidnapped the poor pitiful Social Wreckers.  The mushroom jury (kept in the dark) found them innocent on that. 

I should hope so- telling a couple of child snatchers to get out of the STATE OWNED van and leaving them standing there batting their eyes like frogs is CERTAINLY NOT kidnapping.

Then we have the "unauthorized use of a motor vehicle" for driving the State van a couple miles. I guess that doesn't qualify for Grand Theft Auto, exactly.

I heard something about the poor terrified Social Wrecker leaving her purse on the seat of the van, which was STILL lying on the seat of the van UNTOUCHED when the heroic OSP found it.

The point is- Which one of these was the "robbery"? 

When Brian called me the other day, I made a SPECIAL POINT OF ASKING HIM IF HE KNEW.  He told me "I DON'T KNOW".

WELL, ISN'T THAT SPECIAL?

Here we have two of the kindest, most gentle Christian young people you could ever want to meet- looking at 7 1/2 and 12 years in PRISON for ROBBERY, and nobody knows what was STOLEN.

ALSO- Can anybody get me prints of those HUGE photographs James Geisen waved around at the trial?  There is something that smells real bad here and it wasn't that "cut".
